He has developed extensive experience especially in manufacturing and packaging industry serving international companies in various leadership roles. He has been involved in dozens of high profile projects (150Mln USD) providing a strategic perspective on complex technical issues. He is also financially savvy and in Consulting roles has provided accurate financial analysis, often proving reliability and unconventional.

Steve is a member of AIMBA (Associazione Italiana dei Master in Direzione Aziendale) and AiSS (Italian Association of Certified Six Sigma professionals).
In 2019 he brought his 25 years of experience in COMPOPACK Srl and founded with 100€ investment the Company that together with a small group of associates strongly committed to providing engineering solutions for the environment is today a 1 Mln€ concern.
In the 1980’s Marco started his own company MTR together with a long-time friend and business partner. A wealth of knowledge regarding form fill machines was acquired in a variety of industries culminating in a monodose machine that caught the eye of IMA SpA.
During his tenure at IMA, specifically in the coffee machine sector, Marco was able to integrate much of the former technology to the real market thanks to the commercial coverage that this Company provided.
After realizing his objectives in IMA, Marco decided to exit the Company to set-up another Company dealing with services and products on a component level, mainly flexible servo motor and mechanical belts. This Company, “Progetto C”, is still providing these services today and closely collaborates with Compopack as strategic suppliers.
After meeting Steve, they started to design together new engineering solutions for coffee pods machines and when Steve set up COMPOPACK, Marco was enthusiast to join him to develop the ECOPOD project which is today one of the most promising patents held by the company.
